Terms of Use

Article 1 (Membership Agreement)

1. Picable Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the NFT KEYHOLE User Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Membership Agreement"). (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the NFT KEYHOLE User Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Membership Agreement"). NFT KEYHOLE User Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Membership Agreement") and provides NFT KEYHOLE User Members (hereinafter referred to as "User Members") The Company shall provide the Service to NFT KEYHOLE User Members ("User Members") in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
2. In addition to the Membership Agreement, the Company may stipulate terms and conditions for individual Services (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Terms"). The Company may stipulate terms and conditions for individual services (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Terms") in addition to the Membership Agreement. In the event of any discrepancy between the Membership Agreement and the Individual Agreements, the provisions of the Individual Agreements shall take precedence.
3. The Individual Terms, as well as help and guide pages for the service and other pages describing the service, shall also form part of the Membership Agreement, unless otherwise specified.
4. User members shall use the Service upon agreeing to the Membership Agreement. 5. The Membership Agreement does not apply to services that are not operated by the Company, and user members shall abide by the terms and conditions provided by such services.

Article 2 (Modification of Terms)

1. the Company may change or add to the Membership Agreement as the Company deems necessary, with the consent of user members. However, if any of the following items applies, the Company may deem that the user member has consented to the change or addition.
   1. when the change or addition conforms to the general interests of the user members
   2. when the change or addition conforms to the general interests of the user members
   3. If you do not notify us (including by electronic means) by submitting a written statement of your opinion within 30 days of the notification If you fail to do so
2. When making changes or additions as described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall notify the customer of such changes or additions at least 30 days in advance, as well as the details of such changes or additions and the effective date thereof, by e-mail, posting on the Company's website, or by any other method the Company deems appropriate.

Article 3 (Method of Notification to and Communication from User Members)

1. notification from the Company to user members shall be made by e-mail, posting on the website, or any other method deemed appropriate by the Company.
2. If notice is given by e-mail, it is deemed to have reached the user member at the time the Company sends the e-mail to the user member.
3. If a notice is posted on the website, it is deemed to have reached the user member at the time it is posted on the website.
4. communication from a user member to the Company shall be made in accordance with the method designated by the Company.

Article 4 (Contents of the Service)

The Company will provide a platform for user-members to add the ability to authenticate with a cryptographic asset wallet to their websites.

Article 5 (Member Registration)

1. Those who wish to use the Service shall register as a member through the method designated by the Company.
2. If the person seeking to register as a user member is a minor natural person, the consent of his/her legal representative shall be obtained. If a minor registers as a member, the Company shall deem that the minor has the consent of his/her legal representative.

Article 6 (User ID, Password, and Crypto Asset Wallet)
